What to include
So we can help on the first reply, please tell us:
- the email address or phone number on your account;
- your order number, if the question is about an order;
- the device and app version you are using, if something in the app is not working; and
- a screenshot, where it helps show the problem.
Common requests
- Order, delivery, or refund questions — email us with your order number and we will look it up.
- Payment problems — payments are processed by Midtrans. Email us and we will trace the transaction with them on your behalf.
- Deleting your account — see Account Deletion for the request process and what happens to your data.
